Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a refund of your payment (less any applicable shipping fees) within 90 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please complete the following steps:

• Please also include your order confirmation number for faster processing of your refund.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your request.
• Please allow a further 7–10 business days to receive your refund after we have processed your request.
